Clearance requirements
We were instructed to clear a 2-bedroom house. Our client asked us to fully clear the property of all contents including carpets.
Clearance overview
The clearance was carried out on a Saturday as this was best for the customer. We arrived at 9 a.m. All furniture was cleared in the 1st van load, the guys returned soon after for the 2nd and last van load to uplift the carpets.
Disposal of contents
The furniture was solid, and in good condition, we arranged with some charity shops for it to be reused. Items like paper, old food and carpets were sent to our recycling centre.

The customer was not present for the completion of the clearance so the guys had taken after photographs of the property and sent those along with the invoice via email.
