Clearance requirements
We were asked by our client to clear a large 5-bedroom house. The
house was recently purchased at an auction but lacked good
condition. The property had the usuall household iteams in such as,
sofas, beds, draws, waldrobs, whitegoods, cluttlery and bric-a-brac
that required clearing. All carpets had to be removed also.
Clearance overview
We began the Clearance at 9 am and spent the whole day at clearance.
The team worked efficiently and made good progress. By lunchtime,
all lower bedrooms had been cleared. The upper half took the rest of
the day. We finished at 7 pm following a quick clean up of the house
to give it a tidy look.
Disposal of contents
Major content of this clearance was loose items which we bagged up
and sorted through, most items along with the furniture were took to
a charity, all contents that were not able to be donated to charity
were took to a local recycle centre and disposed of professionally.
