Clearance requirements
We were contacted by a local estate agents that needed a property cleared before it could be sold. The property was a 3 bedroom cottage style house located in the Elgin area. All contents needed to cleared including all clothes, furniture, bric o brac and white-goods. There was also a Large shed around the back of the house that needed to be cleared.
Clearance overview
We collected the keys from the estate agents at 9am as they opened up. We then had a 15 minute drive across to the property from the estate agents. The clearance was a large task but the team got it done clearing out 5 van loads of contents from the property and shed. We took a van load of furniture, clothes some brick o brac and tools from the shed to a chairty shop in the town centre. The other 4 van loads were taken down to the recycling centre to get disposed of professionally as they were unable to be re-used.
