We were instructed to clear a 2-bedroom house. Our client, the executor of an estate, requested us to completely clear the property.

The clearance was carried out on a Sunday to avoid traffic congestion. We arrived at 9 a.m. We laid down dustsheets to prevent the floors and walls from getting damaged. The beds, chairs, tables, bookshelves, carpets and a washing machine were cleared. We found an envelope containing money, which we handed over to the client, who was grateful as the money could be used in the process of clearance.
Disposal of contents
The furniture was solid, and in good condition, we arranged with some charity shops for it to be reused. Items like paper, bottles were sent to our recycling centre.
