Clearance requirements
Our services were needed by a woman in her mid-forties who wanted a property cleared which had been left by old tenants. She needed our services to clear all rubbish and clutter from the property and give the property and general clean upon completion of the clearance. The property was a upstairs flat located in the town centre.
Clearance overview
We were instructed to get the key from under the flower pot outside and to start right away. The belongings of the previous owner such as cutlery, clothes, white goods, sofas, beds and bags of rubbish had to be sorted through and took to charity shops, however what couldn’t be donated to a charity was took to a local recycle centre to be disposed of professionally. All carpets had to removed throughout the property. Once the property was empty the team carried out the general clean all ready for new tenants to be moved in.
Disposal of contents
The belongings of the old owners were neatly packed into boxes and sent to either a local charity or a recycling centre. Most of the furniture was in good condition so they were took to a charity along with clothes and bits of bric-a-brac.
