RWR House Clearance were instructed to carry out the clearance of a 3 bed semi in the Northallerton area of North Yorkshire. After contacting us by email the clearance slot was booked and a team was on site within 48 hours.
3 members of staff arrived on time at 9am as agreed, fully uniformed and ready for work. The property held a little more than average contents as the small box room was used for storage along with the garage that was detached at the bottom of the drive. The guys packed all bric a brac, small ornaments, clothes and bedding for various charities and dog shelters in the area, these were donated following the clearance.
The normal contents of every day living were cleared, tv’s, sofa’s, wall units, bedding, white goods and clothing. Most of which was also donated to the british heart foundation however not all could be donated. The contents which were not accepted by the charity were taken to a professional recycling centre where it would be broke down for recycling and used again in the future where possible.
The house clearance work was all completed in 2 van loads just before 2pm, the customer was very happy with the overall result.
