Clearance requirements
We were contacted by the owners of a carpeted two-bedroom apartment unit and were asked to clear out the apartment after the previous tenants moved out. All the furniture was still in place, and the house had not been cleaned in months.
Clearance overview
The team arrived at the property around 9 am just as the owner unlocked the apartment for us to enter. They started by loading the bigger items of the property on to the van such as beds, white goods, sofas and other usual house items. All the contents that were fire tagged and could be re used were taken to the local charity shop, however not all the contents could be used so had to be taken to a recycling centre where it was disposed of professionally. Upon completion of the clearance the customer was provided by a full invoice.
Disposal of contents
All furniture was taken to a charity shop along with a majority of the small items and a few bags of clothes, all contents that were not taken to a charity were taken to a recycling centre where it was sorted in different waste piles and disposed of professionally and economically.
