CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS
We were asked to clear a one bedroom flat in the city. The flat
had previously belonged to a young single man who had not taken good
care of the property. The landlord was not pleased with the fact
and had asked for a complete clearance.
CLEARANCE OVERVIEW
The flat was located in the centre of the city and the
building had many floors with a large elevator. The elevator was
large but was in a luxury style and we were instructed expressly by
the landlord to not use it for carrying the objects down. The flat
was located on the fifth floor, but our dedicated team followed the
landlord’s instructions and used the stairs. Parking in the city was
an issue, but we reached by 7.30 am before the office employees
started using the spaces and parked near the service entrance which
was situated at the back.
DISPOSAL OF CONTENTS
The house was at first sight in an extremely bad condition. There was litter on the floor all over the apartment. After our team uncluttered the room, the sofa was found to be in a bad condition. All furniture in the flat was to be cleared along with kitchen utility’s and cutlery and was taken to the recycling centre to be disposed of professionally and economically.
